Waiting For The Lottery
For many of us, Christmas 2020 was rough. I remember writing this after having to shut down the hotel I managed just before Christmas. Thankfully, I’m in a much different place in 2022, but the need to be kind and gracious is still relevant today. If you’re going through a rough patch today, you’re not alone.
On Your Worst Day
I think it’s important that we also take the time to recognize that in some circumstances, defeat is inevitable and we need to reckon with it. You can be a great leader and still lose. As a person of faith, this memory is appropriate on Good Friday. I hope it is for you as well.
